Normalizing Mental Health for Men

This isn't really talked about or highlighted that much, even today. Though things are better than they were 50 or even 25 years ago, men's mental health is largely ignored and untreated. It is acceptable for men to have feelings, express them, and find support for their own psychological and emotional well-being.
